I have plenty of at home recipes, what does everyone make that you can grab in 2 seconds on your way out the door
Take dates, open them up, put a small glob of peanut butter inside, then stuff two peanuts inside the peanut butter, close them, cover them each with a small glob of semi-sweet chocolate, and refrigerate. I just take them out of the fridge and eat them.
One of my easy go-tos was boiled eggs with cream cheese and some berries or a banana/orange
Another is oatmeal. You can prep it the night before or it takes literally a minute in the morning. Take it to work in a sealed container and add water when you get there
Meal prep (small portion) rice/grain, sauteed vegetable, ground beef/chicken. Heat that up in the microwave and cook 2 eggs to put on top. Not exactly 2 seconds, but id rather spend 10 mins in the morning to have energy for the rest of the day.
I’m in school, but I tend towards an apple and Greek Yogurt or some hard boiled eggs. I can bring it to my first class with me. Sometimes I’ll throw in a bagel or some toast.
If I don’t have morning classes, sometimes I’ll have scrambled eggs with rice and whatever fruit.
I like a double bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, with grilled onions peppers and mushrooms. With no bun.
Non workdays it’s a a bowl with sliced avocado, cottage cheese, blueberries and pepper jack cheese cubes with cinnamon sprinkled over it.
I usually eat some kind of porridge. Ideally I would eat them with fruit and veggies but sometimes I have them without.
Sweet: Oatmeal + pb2 + flaxseed + fruit
Savory: Polenta + nutritional yeast + veggies
Drinks: green tea and water
A raspberry Greek yogurt protein shake every day for the last 2 years for breakfast.

Not precisely a 2-second breakfast but if you’ve got a couple of minutes, I like to slice some tomatoes really thin and soften them up until they’re mushy on a pan with some butter or a bit of oil, and then add a couple of eggs and sometimes a low fat cheese (and some salt but you can add pepper, etc) then stir and you’ll end up with yummy tomatoey-scrambled eggs!
Sometimes I eat them on their own but when I need to eat a light lunch I’ll add then on top of avocado toast :D
I usually make myself a modified protein shake. I get packs of the chocolate ready-to-drink Aldi shakes (30g of protein), and fill an insulated cup with that, maybe half a cup of unsweetened cold brew, and half a cup of coconut or oat milk. It’s ~250 calories and I sip on it until 11 or so.
Scrambled eggs made from 1 high quality egg (dark yolk) and 2-3 servings egg whites (from a carton). Sometimes I add a little feta cheese and micro greens. A piece of toast of homemade English muffin bread. Coffee
