Sorry for the dumb Q, but when folks talk of rolling 48s etc I assume they mean repeated 2 day (or whatever) fasts, but what exactly does the rolling signify? In other words, what are the intervals between fasts?
it just means repeated, so repeated 48 hour fasts. lots here saying it’s 48 hour fasts with a meal in between, but not necessarily. you could go 48 hours eating normally in between if you wanted, for example. it’s just 48hr fast + eating + 48hr fast and so on
