If you’re asking what the most protein DENSE food item is, then you’re going to be in protein powder land. Outside of “synthetic” foods (which I don’t mean as a pejorative but rather than a description of the level of processing), then the leanest meat you can find. A meat that has virtually no fat is going to be 99.99999% protein and water.
