I’m doing it pretty barebones: straight olive oil, sticks of butter, eggs with butter and oil, bacon, avocados. But just having any combination of high fat food works. Even a salad with some tuna or chicken and veggies with a decent amount of olive oil will do. The fat will not make you want to eat at all
I started on Sunday (10th July), I’m doing rolling 48s, I had my first refeed yesterday and I know Cole says low protein but I don’t worry much about the protein since I’m doing strength training and cardio, what I had are as follows;
1 can of Mackerel (mixed with Mayo)1 AvocadoSmall bit of Cheese Small bit of Cream cheeseA bit of Soured cream
Bacon egg and cheese no bread. Salt pepper dash of sugar free ketchup
High fat ground beef (70:30) with yellow cheese mayo and hot sauce= philly cheese steak no bun
Spoons of almond and peanut butter
2 eggs in butter with avocado
