What fasting routine should i take?

I’ve been diagnosed with mold, candida, and lyme disease. I’ve already been given meds for it but i feel like its still gonna take a long time to address them. I feel fasting might expedite that process. Just don’t know how to go about it.

Fasting is a good way to get rid of all the sugar from your diet. The autophagy will help as well.

People swear by dry fasting when it comes to bacteria infections. I’m not sure about fungus.

I would try to aim for a 7 day water fast (maybe 2 day dry fast at the start) and follow up with a carnivore diet to keep it zero sugar or at least a FODMAP diet.

Answer

72 hour water fast until you know what your doing then work towards 7 days dry for the Lyme. Might take a few runs and don’t fast when on medication. If you need the meds at the moment park the fasting until the symptoms are more tolerable then drop the meds and start fasting

Im currently dry fasting right now and came across this guy Trevor. His Instagram is https://instagram.com/fastingwithtrevor?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= and his youtube is https://youtube.com/channel/UC3jEqGiqQNeS9CHh0uxaYeQ

I believe he had lyme disease as well. He talks about how he cured his with dry fasting. Maybe you can get some insight from his videos and possibly chat with him. He is very open to talking with people.

Best of luck to you.
