I’m doing mostly omad and I notice sometime the day after I eat I feel amazing. Lots of energy and clear thoughts. Usually fasting gives me a bit of that anyway but there’s some days where it feels like a boost. Seems like quinoa, black beans, broccoli and fruit may be the things that are helping me feel extra energetic the next day. What about you?
Steak salad. Tonight I grilled some flank steak, salad was really nice crisp greens, cucumber, grape tomatoes, celery and some fresh mint.Grilled asparagus while the steak rested.
It’s my favourite meal.
