You should avoid anything that doesn’t make you feel good, but only you can make that inference. I’d recommend keeping a daily log of what you eat and specifically how you feel the following day.
What you ate sounds similar to something I would eat. Some people live and die on the low-carb hill, but when I eat low-carb I never feel satisfied. I always make sure to have potato, rice, pasta, or bread.
