You would add 200kcal to your total daily caloric intake. What else would happen? This would be like eating a snicker bar portion out to two sizes per day, what effects are you expecting and why?
Edit: I am kinda hoping this no autophagy thing can die out soon, I’ve tried to reach out to people about it, but it sticks and won’t let go. Your body is absolutely constantly in autophagy, any cell that hasn’t undergone a complete digestion and recycling twice a day is a rarity.
The fasting magic happens because your insulin dips and your body, for lack of nutrients to digest, turns to ketogenesis for fuel. Every 12 hours you would be telling your body ‘Hey! There is food out there to digest! Stop ketogenesis!”
Do yourself a favor and just wait 4 more hours and have a full meal instead. I would work better. Fasting doesn’t require you to cut calories like that for it to work.
