What happens when you do prolonged fasting while doing a lot of activity?

I mean, let’s assume you fast for 14 days, but also do:
10k steps a day
Gym 4-6 times a week
A lot of yoga

What will happen from the fat store point?

This is just my case, but I am doing this rn (on day 10, not doing yoga) I’ve noticed I need to rest more between sets, but I am otherwise. My hunger cravings ramp up right after for a bit, but other than that, I am fine.

As for fat, I have measured my belly going down, but due to the exercise burning more fat and straining muscle, I am retaining more water. So I seem to be losing inches rather than weight. I still drop the wait, but it takes a few days.

It’s really fatiguing. Also you will not be able to keep up the pace even if you have the willpower. I did a 5 day where I hit cardio 2 days and lifted for 3 (barbell powerlifting). I was completely dead by the end of the week, didn’t see any noticeable increase in weight loss compared to a normal fast where I just walk, and more than likely lost muscle because of it.

My advice is to just stick to easy things like walking and yoga. Ironically, I had a lot harder time doing cardio than I did hitting the weights (though I obviously had to deload).

Be careful as you want to stay in ketosis and NOT go into starvation…

It usually won’t happen within the first few days but after 10 days if you workout you’re playing with fire

If I were you, I’d be active only for the first week then try to stay home for the rest

I usually feel a lot of motivation to workout on day 4-5-6
