Hi! I’ve been fasting for almost 20 days… as I absolutely HATE the scale, I refuse to weight myself so I don’t know if i’ve lost any weight … Somedays my jeans are loose others are reaaally tight.
I want to know… what has been your weight loss and in which period of time!!! (so i’ll know what to expect)

20 lbs down since mid july, when i got serious about CICO. i have a moderately active job, but other than that no exercise. most days are 16/8, sometimes longer sometimes OMAD, just kinda depends on how i feel that day. 16/8 is my absolute base though.
