I suspect OP means to eat food but not drink water, maintaining the “dry fast”. In which case, that’s not a fast anymore, that’s just dehydration. You would see no benefits whatsoever besides constipation. FYI there is water in the food as well.
You mean without drinking water? You can really only do this if you have raw juicy fruit (watermelon, pineapple, grapes, etc) if so, you will be fine. If you eat processed foods void of water, you’ll suffer
