I am losing weight quicker with a short a eating window. So I’m doing mostly 20:4, sometimes a little bit longer depending on my day. And I do not need snacks inbetween, with a longer eating window I’m of getting hungry between the two meals.
As a general rule, the longer the fast, the better the results…BUT the best fasting method for you is the one you can stick to and works with your life. Better to do 16/8 consistently and happily than to find yourself so frustrated on 20/4 or OMAD that you fail to keep it up.
