I’ve been thinking generally whole foods are healthy so much so that I don’t even think of eating them in moderation.
Irish coffee: the perfect combination of caffeine, alcohol and saturated fat, and any thought of moderation must most certainly have been thunk by someone else before. but if you wanna go all out, stare at a bowl of porridge without thinking for yet another second. yeah. or double cheeseburgers. that’s probably the answer you’re looking for.
