Answer

Well, dairy generally has anti-inflammatory effects, except in people allergic to cow’s milk.

Gluten is only inflammatory if you are someone with celiac disease, like my grandfather was.

So, of the four, it’s got to be sugar & alcohol.

Answer

Being over weight is the culprit. As for the other two I can tell you sugar has very low inflammation response, possibly aids it, as long as your at a good weight and you don’t have high fat swimming around your blood stream
