That its nothing to be ashamed of.. I dont starve myself, I eat when i feel like i want to eat. Different things work for different people. Calorie counting, keto, never worked for me. Fasting seems to be the only thing thats given me real progress. And I love it because: it shrinks my stomach so i dont want to eat as much, cleans my system out so I feel better and have more energy, gets rid of bloating, and makes me appreciate food sooo much more! I eat REAL food now that i use to avoid. I would always go for the most cheesy and carb filled foods and things that were just “fat” foods basically. I never use to like eating home cooked meals or eating regular real food. Now i eat all kinds of stuff that i use to avoid and its healthier and makes me feel great. I like sushi now, use to hate it lol, ill get a plate with greens and meat instead of a plate of just straight carbs and cheese

That I’d feel and look better than I ever have — ever! That its not about the numbers - Don’t weigh yourself - don’t count calories - find milestones in clothes that you loved but haven’t worn. The scale might deceive you, but the jeans you once wore proudly won’t. And Don’t listen to all of the naysayers who believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day or you need to eat small meals all day long or your are harming/starving yourself by fasting. You are right, they are wrong and hopefully they will learn from the example you set when they see how great you feel.

That you can half ass it and loose weight buuuuut if you put the effort in you will feel amazing and loose weight

Ie I used to fast and then eat whatever I wanted in the 6 hours…. Now I make good decisions and the difference is insane (If I want the cookie I eat the cookie but I’m also not eating McDonald’s just because I can)
