If it’s a longer fast day 7 days and more I say bone broth for a few hrs and upping your food to salads and solid foods anything below 7 days you can break it with anything it’s only longer fasts you should ease into them
Lean meat, and cooked veggies… Broth is a good starter…. raw veggies will cause your stomach to hurt/GI issues, because they are harder to digest…. avoid carbs at all cost, and limit fats .. do that for just 2 days and you can go back to normal.. if it’s less than 60hr it doesn’t matter you can eat whatever.
My go to after a 3-7 day fast is Flounder with grilled peppers and onions. And chicken with steamed broccoli.
