On a bulk and not really concerned about it but center my food around how long I’m gonna need certain energy or when I’m ingesting protein. For example I eat a higher fat breakfast to have sustained energy for the day and then eat carbs closer to my workout and then protein after my workout.
That depends on your hunger and physical activity. I personally am more hungry in the morning, and I typically work out in the morning, so I put most of my carbs in the morning and save my fats for the night when I want something that will keep me full longer
