Don’t get me wrong. I know that wanting to be super fast can end up being a bad thing. It takes time, i know. The thing is, I’ve been struggling with the lack of results, and it makes me so unmotivated. I begin a good OMAD routine, do exactly what had worked for me in the past and don’t get any results. And then i give up. That’s why im asking, what is the fastest way to lose weight? Im willing to do anything, at least for a couple of weeks or a month to get me a boost in the weight loss process. I just need a little push.
ADF might work better for you. Basically omad every other day. Really cuts into those fat reserves and Basically gives you guaranteed 2lb/week weight loss if not more. Don’t eat anything m/w/f and then do your regular omad the other days
I do a 5 day water only fast every 3 months and I lose 10 pounds and have kept it off. I would do them more often but life gets in the way. With 2 small kids to look after it can be impossible not to taste food or I just need to have maximum energy levels.
Adf works well. Honestly the fastest way is to just stop eating. I lost weight very quickly doing 72 hour fasts but my metabolism crashed when I got lean and I gained all the weight back plus some. I wouldn’t recommend anything that aggressive unless you’re performing for something in a swimsuit
