As a Boomer with 60+ years of experience, its got to be black stuff. Pepsi will do, but Coca-Cola is better, but none of that diet nonsense, pop in some rum to aid absorption and then take a couple of vitamin pills. Jumping up and down to the sound of heavy music helps the vitamin capsules break up in your stomach.

The colour of soda/energy drinks has nothing to do with the nutrition. It’s just artificial colours, which typically are not harmful in minimal amounts, but can be harmful for some (may be associated with worsening ADHD symptoms for example).
If you’re concerned about nutrition, look at the nutrition facts, and ingredients list to understand what is in it. Typically with soda and energy drinks though, no nutrition beyond caffeine, and added sugar. None are really “healthiest,” it’s more about what is the least harmful.
