What is the most amount of weight you've lost on one singular water fast?

About 12-14 pounds for a 10 day water only fast, but I gained most of it back afterwards. But I found that it seemed to have a lasting effect on me, like ever since I started fasting (which was years ago), my weight has dropped by a lot, so it’s great to keep going! It changes your body and your mentality towards eating. :3 I think the best outcome of water fasting was the change in the way I perceived food.

85 pounds in 9 months. First 2 weeks and last two weeks ate nothing at all, for the rest of the time, ate a bite of something every few days so. Those first 2 weeks, I dropped 10 pounds and just kept going. 210 to 126 lbs (size 6) I had a lot of energy, but did bruise easily.

Actually day 2’s can be really well! You can have woosh effect days. Basically if your weight is at a halt for awhile once you eat and go to the bathroom, you will lose ALL the weight within the days you were suppose to, (you basically poo and or pee that stuff out) i fasted for ONE day and went from 197 to ~194! After eating and using the bathroom, then fasted ONE MORE DAY ! Lost 2 more pounds decided to eat! Now I’m 191 today after two days of eating, not a single pound gained back. You will have these days sometimes. It will BRING EXTREME motivation because its like “wow look at the weight I’m losing, all because of regulated eating or fasting!! In such a short amount of time” Also if you have a couple if stubborn ounces keeping you from dropping that pound, WALKS HELP! 1 ounce is 244~ calories, you can lose that in about a 10~20 minute walk. Cold showers i heard help with weight loss while fasting! But woosh effect days are great!!! I was at 197 for awhile but i almost lost the 8 pounds to reach the 180s! You can do it <333

I lost 36lbs in 23 days on my fast earlier this year. I went from 217 to 181. I regained 18lbs in the last three months but I am currently on day 10 of a fast and lost those 18lbs again. Careful when refeeding weight fluctuations can be extreme post extended fast.

I have never lost much weight but I have corrected my pre diabetes. The longest fast I’ve done was 21 days and I lost 13 pounds.
