This is something I always question as when you stop eating, you still have food in your stomach for potentially hours. Even though you aren’t putting anything in your mouth, your body is still “eating” internally . But rule of thumb like others said is when you stop eating and I’ve certainly had success even on 16/8 clocked when stopped eating.
