What is your experience with drinking/applying urine?

I’ve been drinking it for 3 days now and applying it to my skin before bed, since I have acne and scars, because Cole has talked about it. Today I drank my morning piss for the first time which made me gag since it’s much stronger, but apparently it’s better.

Do you guys have any experience and do you have any tips for me? Thanks

Answer

The one and only time I drank my piss was because it was 124 degrees,on a abandoned Sadr city Baghdad police station, we were surrounded by hundreds of very pissed of Mahdi Army fighters who were doing their very best to kill my squad and I, and we had ran black on water. It was exactly 17 years ago yesterday as a matter of fact. I would need to be in as equally a ahitty situation before I consider it again.

Even if drinking or applying urine is effective, I wouldn’t want to do that just because it’s gross. I’d rather buy ammonia or whatever that does it then use that instead. (Or just use some other medication that makes results. I hear zinc is good for acne.)

Answer

Urine is a nitrogen-rich liquid byproduct created by the kidneys—it’s the body’s primary means of expelling water-soluble chemicals generated through the metabolic process. Urine is actually a secondary waste disposal mechanism. Blood first passes through the liver where where toxins, dead cells, and various waste is removed and eliminated. then pumped through the kidneys where excess fluids and water-soluble molecules—nitrogen, vitamins, minerals, proteins, antibodies, and other metabolites—are extracted and transferred to the bladder to await expulsion.

There’s a misconception that urine is sterile when it exits your body. It’s not. It’s host to a numerous amount of bacteria. You definitely don’t want to apply this to acne prone skin, as you’re rubbing bacteria into open pours (and some times wounds). You could end up with a serious skin infection.
