Regular meal are for me . Usually I try to hit proper macros ,carbs,fat, protein and just under my recommendation of calories. Few years ago I did it for a while and lost 40 lb,now I am half way back and time to start all over.
I’ve been having a high protein meal with some form of fat, veg and fruit.
Eggs made with Skyr, spinach salad with whole grain toast and butter. Apple for dessert.
Ground Turkey and cabbage w/ all spice and fish sauce + cottage cheese and blueberries for dessert.
Shrimp with mayo dip and salad w/ balsamic vinegar, no oil. Protein yogurt for dessert.
Two egg omelette, a bowl of lightly sweetened oatmeal, a handful of fruit, and 8 oz of coffee.
But that’s pretty much my breakfast everyday. When I’m fasting I won’t eat till breakfast the next day.
