What kind of exercise do you do while fasting?

Please share what kind of fast you’re on, your goals, and the exercise you do while on your fast.

Right now I do about an hour of light cardio every day, usually stationary bike but sometimes just VR dancing/rhythm games. My current fasting routine varies from OMAD to ADF to 96 hours fast but it doesn’t really matter, I can still exercise. I also like to lift weights but I’m not currently doing that, when I start up again I plan on doing \~20:4 on lifting days, OMAD or ADF on non-lifting days.
