I am very new to IF. I am so used to drinking something in the morning during work meetings. I switched to black coffee but I am now craving tea. My initial research lead me to green tea, but the box I bought had no mention of calories for me to verify. So now I am stumped. TY in advance :)
I read that you should avoid teas that taste sweet or fruity since the sweet taste can increase the insulin, even if they do not have calories. There are even studies on that. So just plain tee (black, green, white) , and no Mint mocha caramel strawberry tea or something like that for me during fasting.
