I have a colonoscopy booked and can only drink clear fluids. But I sslow cooked a couple of lamb steaks because they were going out of date. I got aabout a pint of liquid from the slow cook. I’m just wondering what nutrients might be in that liquid. Wondered if anyone had any idea, Google not being helpful. Thanks
You’re essentially making a Lamb bome broth. It is extremely good for your heart, skin, muscles and your gut health. Bone broth is fantastic for babies and toddlers too, as it has lots of benefits. Apart from all the rich nutrients and amino acids, this also helps in their teeth, joints, bone and build development and also leads to a healthy gut.
