Ballpark of actual weight loss is around 0.5-0.7 lbs/day. There are outliers though. People who begin that are morbidly/super morbidly obese can really shed a substantial amount (2+ lbs/day) for a good length of time.
what kind of fast? amount of fat lost depends on whether you skipped an entire day of eating, or if you ate a little bit same day of the fast, or if you overate calories. there are 3,500 calories in 1 pound of fat.
using a hypothetical 1,800 calories, lets say eating this amount every day maintains your fat levels.
– if you skipped an entire day, you lost -1,800 fat calories (a bit over 1/2 lb of fat).
– if you fasted but did 2MAD same day, assuming each meal is 500 calories, you lost -800 fat calories.
you can assume the amount of fat you lost based on how you fasted and how many calories you broke your fast with. its up to you to find your true TDEE calories using a TDEE calculator, as the amount varies between individuals.
