Personally, best was 72s, about 20 pounds in a couple months, and that was with cheating. Now doing Wednesday and Sunday feed days only. Feels good đź‘Ť

Hunger = Snake Juice and KEEP BUSY!!! DO ANYTHING

If you see its not working, possibly try increasing the concentration. I put more salt and potassium and it helped more with hunger.

Apparently, you’re supposed to be getting 2000 mg of salts per day if sedentary, and 4000-5000 mg if you’re very active or exercising. So maybe some people are just under salting?

I had great progress with rolling 72s with a TMAD keto refeed. I had good progress with ADF with rolling 42s with a TMAD keto refeed. Day 2 is always harder for me, so the 72 was like a bonus day. It was fairly easy once used to it until body fat dropped a lot. Then I mixed it up. Use refeeds to practice how you will eat at maintenance and eat normal portions, don’t gorge.

Switching up and alternating my fasts and eating to satiety. Maybe like 48 then 72 and then back to 48 and with it exercise somehow daily.

Make sure you eat plenty of fruit ! I did develop a gout as per high uric acid due to fasting, it will counter. With the fruit !
