What rolling schedule has resulted in the fastest weight loss for you?
I’m 30, male, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 265 pounds. I probably need to lose 100 pounds.
When heavier it can be easier to fast longer, 48s or 72s are good. Keto or carnivore refeeds. I found 2 meals on eating days worked well. OMAD seemed to slow progress for me. Focus on lean protein when eating. Good luck, you can do it!
Best advice I would give, is to ask the same questions, don’t do any work, and then ask the same questions again the next day.
If you would have eaten 100 calories less per day, for the past 3+ years you’ve been asking the same questions, you would be more than 45lbs less or even sub 200lbs.
