The water-soluble vitamins (such as C and B-complex (hope that’s all)) are flushed out every day and thus are not stored, which makes for me dieting harder.
What is the cheapest way to satisfy all these vitamins?
Eat a variety of vegetables. For example bell peppers are packed with C. There’s no superfood. It’s the variety of fresh vegs and fruit. Get your portions! Dieting is much nicer when eating plenty of fresh vegs and fruit.
