what should I do to prepare myself before I start my extended fasting?

I fast on a daily basis 16hr to 24hrs max. i have tried fasting 36hrs as my longest before.

What should I do to prepare myself for extended fast 48-72hrs? And what should I avoid doing (excessive exercise?) during the fast? And aside from black coffee and tea, what else can I eat if I feel hungry?

So I do remote job, I am only at home so not very active but I do jumping jacks daily minimum of 1000, max of 2000.

I am on a weight loss journey. I already lost 4kg since I started last month but with the family events during the last two weekends, I gained them back all at once. From 72kg to 68kg and now back to 71kg.

Thats why I am planning to do extended fasting in hopes I can lose them again.

Most of what you gained is probably water, give it a few days. If I eat a French fries, I gain a kilo ir something, is gone 2 days later.

Be in keto when you start, and for me easiest time to have my last meal is 2-3 in the afternoon. That will last me until bedtime.
