I would start with a couple spoonfuls of organic raw sauerkraut. Being that cabbage is cruciferous, many would say no-way, but just a couple spoonfuls is fine and provides tons of good bacteria to handle other foods. I would then do a salad with un-sweetened dressing (nothing with sugar), maybe 30 mins later. Then finish your day and go to bed.

After a 96 hour fast I went with my daughter and we split a huge hoagie sammich with burger meat and onion rings. I did have some cereal an hour prior to test the waters and make sure everything was still working.

You should know how have a good idea finicky your stomach is. If this is your first time start slow and learn where your own boundaries are.

I just ended my 3 day fast in January with some Bone broth + 1 fried egg + about 10-15 nuts (cashews and Almonds) go easy with 1st meal.

Next 2 meals (OMAD), I prefer to eat lots of non soluble fiber food (salads, okra, spinach, kale etc.) along with high fat/protein foods. My understanding is the fibers helps to flush out the crap that body recycled during extended fasting. also during the fasting there is NO bowl movement for me, but i guess body still recycles and puts some crap in, just not enough bulk/fibers to flush that out.

anyway, just listen to your body. That is best tip. after 2 days of slowly breaking fast, regular pre fasting routine, what ever you were following.

I am planning to do 5 day fast in Feb end. :-)
