I’m starting a 30 day fast in attempt to loose 20lbs. But I notice that I get weaker and my body becomes heavy and cold when I do. What do you guys recommend?
First how much do you weigh? Are you like 130 trying to get down to 110? I wouldn’t have experience there. But if you are 200+ and trying to drop 20 pounds - that’ll take a week basically.
All you need is potassium chloride, baking soda, pink himalayan salt, and epsom salt.
Just make sure to take your electrolytes. If you are fat - this will be no problem- if you are skinny - 30 days is a lot.
