The easiest fast I’ve ever done is slowly easing into it with a liquid fast until I lost my hunger. By the 4th day I felt like I could water fast forever 🙂
I still drank coffee in the morning, had warm salty chicken broth and sparkling water to curb my hunger until my hunger was gone the 3rd day.
I’d say go for it. You know what you’ve tried. People here sometimes give people shot for not trying hard enough, but in the end of the day, intermittent fasting only works for like 10% of people. I actually like Alfie a lot - the focus on men is needed because they struggle the most.
