I have been eating things like tuna, eggs, chicken, and fish which is all ok because I like these foods. I dont really eat pork or beef. I’m having trouble with side dishes. I eat alot of roasted veggies but I’d like to mix things up. I am also trying to cut back on carbs. What kind of easy delicious things do you make? Thanks!
My go-to meals for the day are steel cut oats with a double scoop protein shake and slow cooker salsa chicken with steamed broccoli or a baked potato. Then if I’m still a bit hungry some fruit and nonfat yogurt. So lots of protein, with still some carbs and fats.
