I usually do 48 hours fasting and break my fast with dates. I can go longer but i am scared of how to break my fast cause it can be dangerous.
Any recommendations on how to break it. I read everywhere that bone broth is the best way to break but I can’t make it or have time to do it.
I have fruit and salad, is it enough? Should i be more specific on which fruit and vegetables to eat when breaking a long fast?
I do 36 hour fasts and even though I’m no expert, breaking the fast with coconut water and a banana/apple feels great. Doesn’t put a lot of pressure on my digestive system and eases me into my eating stage. I give it an hour or so after that to have my proper meal. Works well for me. :)
