I want to take biotin and multivitamins because I’m a bit malnourished and my hair is always falling out. I don’t know which brands to take though, i get mixed answers from google. i think i need calcium and vitamin b especially.
I only take vitamin D. Everything else I get from food. I echo the other user that you should go to the doctor.
I thought I was iron deficient but when I got tested and iron levels were actually good. You don’t want to diagnose yourself without actual proof and risk overdosing.
