Was wondering which brands are also recommended that are relatively cheap along with which combos? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated!!
If you are just being general, I would say go get a blood test from your GP and check for iron/vitamin d/thyroid/whatever levels. Especially important if you are a woman, as they have high rates of deficiencies.
If you are deficient in something, follow your doctor’s advice. If not, I wouldnt worry with vitamins, just eat a diet with a variety of fruits, veggies and lean protein sources. Multi vitamins etc are a bit of a scam.
For muscle growth, I would consider a protein supplement if you have trouble meeting your protein goal. Do you have a specific protein goal in mind? If not, tell us your body weight and someone might br able to suggest a good goal.
The company Legion is one of the best. They’re constantly tested and rated as one of the best. I use their whey protein, multivitamin, vitamin D, and fish oil. I sometimes use their preworkout if I need it and I’m starting to take their creatine for post workout recovery and muscle growth.
Creatine is one of the most well-researched and studied supplements for muscle and fitness. https://examine.com/supplements/creatine/
Other than creatine, I’d say just make sure you are getting enough protein and all of your vitamins and minerals. Things like zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, etc.
There are other supplements out there that may also help, but creatine is the tried and true muscle-building supplement.
