Sounds like you’re doing a litteral one meal a day, as in a normal size meal. OMAD means eating a whole day worth of calories in one sitting or small eating window. Hard to believe you’ll do that of only sushi or any of the other meals you mentioned. As an example, i do one breakfast meal, one lunch meal and one snack. I do count calories to make sure I’m eating just enough. Today for instance it was healthy pancakes along with chicken and rice (no snack necessary cause this hit my caloric needs). Other times I’d do a healthy pizza, oats, two boiled eggs and either sunflower seeds or peanuts, etc. I keep a lot of variety and make sure to always eat things i actually like (and that are healthy/nourishing), otherwise it wouldn’t be sustainable.
