Regardless, you should probably get checked out by a doctor. That’s many times over the recommended rate for weight loss. My guess would be something medical and water retention related - although I would be concerned about losing a lot of lean body mass as well from dropping weight that fast. If you haven’t changed anything, it’s not like the body is going to suddenly start burning 3,000+ extra calories a day.
I’m starting again, gained it back through the years and two pregnancies. But back in 2011 I lost 65lbs in 3 months. Low carb and exercising about 45 minutes daily. I did lose a bunch of muscle, but nothing that hindered my life (I’ve always been weirdly strong). I was able to keep it off for 2yrs before my first pregnancy. Nothing came back abnormal. I do recommend seeing a doctor, but I’m just here to say it can and has happened without their being a medical emergency.
Hey are you sure you are remembering your weight values or dates correctly? I’m not saying you are lying or definitely don’t remember. I ask because at least two months ago you made a post stating you weighed 248lb instead of the higher 267.2lbs in this post. That would make your loss to this date only 41 lbs which while still high, is much more reasonable. However that doesn’t change the fact you lost 31lbs since Nov 12.
Also I notice you keep saying you get a lot of cardio/vurn calories from work. How long have you had that job? Are you calculating your total CICO from your job? If it’s a new intense job, the difference could be merely your heavy calorie cut combined with work calories burned.
