As a teen don’t fast. Concentrate on what you eat and how much you eat. 3 meals per day. Keep it as much protein and vegetables as you can and try to avoid too many shitty carbs and sugar.

Remember you are growing physically, mentally, socially, educationally. I mean we all are at all times no matter what our age but this young period of your life is a tricky one to negotiate. Don’t allow diet and nutrition to take over aaaall of the things.
