Detoxing isn’t a thing, it was basically created along with fad diets to make money. If you are feeling like your colon isn’t performing as well as it should, drink more water. If you’re wanting something a little extra you could add some lemon to your water. I would also suggest introducing some probiotics into your diet through Greek Yogurt or other fermented foods like Kombucha, Kefir, Kimchi, or Sauerkraut.
And don’t be afraid to bring up any gastrointestinal issues with your PCP or Dietician!
TLDR; Detoxing isn’t real. Drink more water and eat yogurt
The colon or generally any other part of your body doesn’t exactly need detoxing. The body takes care of it on its own.
