I was using Zero, but it got all buggy on me. So instead of just reinstalling it after uninstalling, I’d figure I would check out something new.
Any tips?
“My fast” has been pretty good for me. You can set a schedule and get notifications before your fast starts or when it’s about to end. It also has tracking for a lot of stuff if you want to be more intense about it all. I just use the schedule and weight tracking.
Also the ads are super unobtrusive
