I would keep it keto-friendly. As another user suggested, chicken and salad is a good option. I plan to eat fish and vegetables when I’m able to. Many people break extended fasts with bone broth but since it’s only been 48 hours you should be good to eat a normal meal.
I don’t really have any cravings and it has been about 48hours. My goal was to give me inner body a rest as I have been eating 3-5 times a day on the regular for years. Completely cleared me of bloating but based off of how much I regularly eat I imagine there is a bowel movement in store for me on the way that is waiting for me to eat. Lol just a thought.
