Curious to know about other people’s experiences, particularly interested to know about longer fasts (5+ days) but all experiences welcome :)
For the last few weeks, I’ve broken my fast with half an avocado and some sauerkraut, a piece of cheese, and a handful of nuts. It’s felt so good, and is so delicious, that I haven’t switched up what I break with!
I know everyone will hate this because it has nothing to do with health or whatever…
A single strawberry. After 5 days of calm, introspection and gallons of water, that one beautifully bright, happy red strawberry lights up my body like it was picked from the tree of knowledge. Every single one of my taste buds explode with excitement!
After my taste bros calm down we generally settle on a hard boiled egg or cottage cheese.
