This is my first week fasting and I feel great! I’ve started today strong, and I’m going to a family bbq this afternoon. I’m not worried about breaking my fast (16:8 2-10pm) but there’s pressure to drink and I’m worried that could skew progress. Either way, this week has been great for me and I’m feeling more positive than usual!
What’s everyone’s plans for the weekend? Do you find it harder to follow your plan or let things slide? Or do you find it easier?

I don’t know if it’s the same with everyone but drinking ruins my progress EVERY single time, my eating window is much later so perhaps that makes it easier to over-consume in a more socially acceptable time
If you want to drink then calculate how many you want to have. Take vodka sodas with you (a can is 90-100cals) then just drink the amount that you already determined and tracked. Or if you’re worried about it ruining your progress, be the DD and don’t drink at all! Good luck!
