You can only pick one category of fruits - so you can’t say “apples and pears”, but you can say berries. Or just apples.
Sometimes I feel like snacking on something, but I’d like it to be nutritious as well.
Apple consumption is associated with significantly decreased risks of different cancers in many observational and meta-analysis studies. It is a very powerful fruit. As a snack criterion, it has decent calories and is also fairly satiating.
Personally I use snacking to curve appetite and I’ve never eaten any amount of fruit that can do that. Seriously eat 3 bananas…lots of volume, not a lot of hunger staving.
To me fruit is a healthier dessert after a meal.
I was just so be careful with freeze dried blueberries because I’ve been eating those every single day and they get stuck in between my teeth and I got a cavity in a bad dentist report. If you have sun dried or frozen or fresh all should be ok. Freeze dried be carful though
