Answer

Our window is 4-8pm, Usually eat at 6, with plenty of time to spare.

it’s an interesting question though, there was a large study done on mice around OMAD, however they didn’t vary the feeding times, it was always essentially breakfast time for the mice and it had a profound lifespan increase for the mice.

But there hasn’t been any large scale studies of whether it’s better to have breakfast, lunch or dinner as your OMAD… my guess is there is an optimum time to eat, however I doubt that it make enough difference to change your life schedule around.

Answer

The best time to eat is whatever time helps you accomplish your daily calories goals more consistently. For example If eating late causes you to binge, then eat in the morning its no problem.

The optimal time is arguably right after strenuous exercise. In broscience terms that’s where you’ll get the better muscle protein synthesis.

Answer

this is a trick question because there is no answer. Not in the ‘time’ format.

It’s whenever/whatever works for you. The body does not care nor does it know at what time it feeds. It isn’t like it magically processes protein better or finds some extra somewhere at 3pm - as an example compared to 3am…
