I do 96 on, 72 off. Rolling 72s would keep shifting the days of the week that I’m fasting and I prefer to fast during my early work week.
I’m not gonna lie, I’m looking forward to the day I can cut my fasts times in half.
I did 3 months of eating weekends and Wednesday. So if you are super strict it is basically back to back 72s. (4 hour eating window on Wed and 20 hours over the weekend.)
So kind of paradoxically, you get to eat 3 days a week and still get 6 full days of fasting in. It was my most successful long term routine. Worked amazing. It feels like you’re eating quite often.
I wasn’t even that strict most of the time and would eat Friday night or late in to Sunday and it still works great.
