Answer

Lots of protein for me. I put some vegetables with it but not enough. Ive had a 12 egg omolette with bacon aparagus/tomatoes for one and tommorow ill have a bunch of keto buffalo hot wings with zuchini fries Edit: And as for experience the first cycle will hit you like a truck but make sure you stick it through and on first refeed eat slowly to make sure your stomach can handle the volume.

Answer

They get easier. My first cycle was easy but my second almost did me in. And person who said watch your refeeds is 100% correct. I thought a double cheeseburger with no bun plus half an avocado was a good idea. It wasn’t.

Answer

I just started back up again 3 weeks ago and fast with ease now. I refeed during a 1 hour window, consuming 1000 cal. Keto focused diet with a f:75% p: 20% c: 5% macro percentage. I roll between 24, 48 and 72’s. I push for the 72’s for the benefits but I listen to my body and if it needs to eat or don’t want to not eat at a summer bbq I break my fast but never before 24 hours. I do 45 min. strength and stability training daily. Its perfect for me, sustainable and I enjoy it. Reference: female 38, cw: 157 lb. Down from a sw: 173lb. and a gw of 140lbGet it!!!

Answer

They definitely get easier. I break with bone broth and wait half an hour or so before eating some protein and veggies. I also pop some supplements. Doing ruling 72s and 48s allowed me to lose over 40 pounds. But still have a ways to go!
